The Master of Science in Computer Science program at WSU focuses on advancing your knowledge and skills in the field. You can choose to specialize in areas such as:

• Compiler design
• Advanced computer architecture
• Advanced algorithms

• Machine learning
• Computer systems security
• Formal system design
• Parallel programming

You may also take elective courses in electrical engineering and information systems.

You will complete a thesis or substantial design project demonstrating your proficiency in research, design, analysis, project planning, implementation, testing, presentation and documentation.
