At Telfer, we recognize that the challenge of providing quality care is multi-faceted and thus we welcome student from a variety of disciplines including sociology, psychology, engineering, business and health sciences. Under the supervision of our diverse faculty, they have studied such topics as wait time management, human resource planning, inter-professional team development, capacity planning, information technology adoption and it impacts, and patient perceptions of illness. What they have in common is a strong desire to apply their knowledge to help improve the quality and timeliness of care in Canada and around the world.
