The undergraduate program in Health Studies focuses on improving students' quality of life and the people they serve by providing a rigorous and comprehensive education in health, health care, and health-related issues. Core philosophies are professional competence, creative problem solving, respect for all persons, social justice in medicine, and a collaborative approach to disease prevention and health promotion.

A Foundation for Growth

Created from four existing academic departments and supported the renowned Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support. The University’s Alliance for Catholic Education (ACESJU) program, the School of Health Studies and Education, combines rigorous academic preparation with reflective professional development in health and education.
