And not without reason: becoming an engineer is not only an interesting challenge, graduates of mechanical engineering are also urgently needed in many areas of the economy: for example in classic mechanical engineering, in manufacturing, in the field of renewable energies or in vehicle construction . Mechanical engineers are among the occupational groups with the highest income and employment rates.

The Hochschule Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences is a university of applied sciences in Thuringia. It is idyllically located on the edge of the Thuringian Forest.
