The MSN program at Delaware State University has two tracks - Nursing Education and Global Leadership. Accordingly, the program prepares students for advanced practice in nursing education: including the development of a curriculum and the use of instructional technology and global leadership: including leadership skills to be used in your local institution or applied on a more global scale.

The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences (CHBS) provides an interdisciplinary approach to community engagement, education, training, research, and behavioral healthcare. Building on the mission of the University, CHBS’s mission is to train students to be researchers and health practitioners, who will have the ability to work with diverse populations.
