Through four years of study, after graduation, students can engage in strategic planning, capital operation, risk assessment, operation management, marketing, etc. in various companies, and engage in policy formulation, economic management, and industrial planning in party and government agencies and institutions. Engaged in organization management, market research, evaluation and consulting in non-profit social organizations, and possesses the basic qualities to continue studying in domestic and foreign universities.

CULR originated from the Cadre School for ACFTU established in 1949 and was upgraded to a regular college for undergraduate education with the approvall of the Ministry of Education.
