The Master in Fine Cuisine Management at the Barcelona Culinary HUB offers extensive training in leadership and skills to transform the culinary industry through a deep knowledge of current gastronomic trends and haute cuisine. The program provides students with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop and manage high-level restaurants, promote their own personal brand, create unique gastronomic experiences, understand the gastronomic market and its changes, as well as use technology and sustainability.
A program directed by Joel Castanyé, revelation chef of the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition, Chef and owner of La Boscana (Restaurant awarded with one Michelin star and two Repsol suns).
Quality and creativity are some of the reasons why haute cuisine is so in demand today. Discover the art and science of gastronomy where one is able to generate new business ideas within the restaurant sector.
The Master offers extensive training in a specific and at the same time versatile direction that addresses current culinary trends and techniques. The master's degree provides tools focused on understanding the combination of tradition and technology, all with the aim of our students acquiring a strategic, global and sustainable vision in any of the professional opportunities for which the Master has been designed.
The Master is developed under an international and multidisciplinary approach, where gastronomy is not only understood as the dish and with it the transformation of agri-food products, but, on the contrary, requires a comprehensive vision of both the gastronomic and business sectors.

The main objective is to train professionals capable of leading, creating and proposing new culinary options, with new cooking and handling techniques; as well as capable of managing and designing sustainable and profitable culinary spaces and/or projects with sensitivity to culinary traditions, and in general, the food identity of the regions.
