The Master of Science in Architecture in Real Estate Development (MSArch RED) program seeks to build upon the unique perspective and ethos of the architect. Through small class sizes and individual attention, we foster close mentoring relationships between faculty, staff and students. While architects design the way a building looks and works, they are seldom involved in the decision of exactly what to build. The MSArch RED program was designed to change the status quo.

Woodbury offers a unique experience that is personal, communal and practice-based. Every major requires an internship, giving students work experience and a competitive advantage after graduation. Our student-to-faculty ratio is 9:1 and our average class size is just 15, enabling students to engage and learn in ways that are generally not possible at larger institutions. Our size also enables us to provide a more personalized approach to our educational and extracurricular offerings.
