The Doctor of Education in Learning Technologies (EDLT) program prepares students to lead learning technologies arms of schools, corporations, and other public and private organizations. This educational technology program is ideal for individuals with a high level of comfort and proficiency in using technology and social media.
This EdD in educational technology program is designed to provide students with the expertise to effectively leverage new and emerging learning technologies to facilitate learning and development in the workplace and school. Embracing the scholar-practitioner model of professional training, this program emphasizes experiential learning to support agency development in our students. Required national and international trips are woven into the program, providing students with access to leading researchers in the field, and a global perspective on technology and learning worldwide. This program culminates in a doctoral dissertation.

Program Details
- This EDLT program is ideal for full-time students or working professionals to take advantage of the best features of both face-to-face and online modalities. 60% of coursework is completed in person, and 40% is completed online. The online portion provides flexibility, while the classroom component offers an enhanced experience, a personalized/hands-on approach, relational interaction with peers, and increased quality of learning.

- Face-to-Face classes are conveniently located on our West Los Angeles Graduate Campus, close to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and just off the 405 freeway.
