Ohio University's Master of Science Nursing-Nurse Leader (MSN-NL) is an online, 31-credit, part-time program that's delivered primarily in an asynchronous format. This innovative program prepares nurses to lead within a variety of healthcare settings and organizations. Students will learn best practices in nursing leadership, policy, informatics, administration and quality improvement.

This program focuses on change management and organizational leaders by empowering students to be an expert on the floor. Graduates of the Nursing Leadership certificate program are prepared to work in management positions at several levels within acute care or community-based healthcare agencies.
