The vicissitudes of life have changed both ways. At the end of the 20th century, the development of the school opened a beautiful scroll. In 1997, the Party Central Committee and the State Council set up the Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone based on the strategic overall situation of solving the arid and semi-arid problem of agriculture and the "Western Development", which provided a broad development platform for the school. In 1999, the state merged seven scientific and educational institutions located in Yangling to form the Northwest A&F University, opening a new era of school construction and development.
