An occupational therapist who is attracting attention for the realization of a barrier-free society. We train occupational therapists who can approach the body and mind in a well-equipped educational environment equipped with the latest equipment.

A specialist who rehabilitates people with physical and mental disabilities and those who are expected to do so so that they can lead their daily lives independently. It provides treatment, guidance, and support from daily activities at home to socially applied activities such as work, school, and play.

Our university was established in April 2007, with the history and tradition of Josai Medical Technology College as its predecessor. Josai Medical Technology College is a school with a proven track record of sending excellent specialists to the medical and welfare fields for many years together with its sister school, Josai Radiological Technical College.

The newly reborn Nihon Institute of Medical Science will develop human resources that can respond to the sophistication and specialization of medical care.
