The Master's Degree in Gastronomy Teacher Training is a program that aims to train professionals who want to have a solid pedagogical and specific didactic base to work in the field of gastronomy.

We highlight

  • You will understand the sector and the educational context of gastronomy and the new trends in this field
  • You will plan and develop research and innovation projects of the teaching and learning processes in gastronomy
  • You will learn in% 100 online mode, working with active methodologies
  • A Master's degree included in the BCC Innovation framework: Center for Innovation and Research

You will learn with experts in pedagogical and gastronomic innovation

Mondragon Unibertsitatea faculties have worked side by side to create this Master. On the one hand, the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences - Basque Culinary Center, a prestigious training center in gastronomy, and, on the other, the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences, a benchmark center in pedagogical innovation. Two faculties that come together to design a program for the training of professionals in the field of gastronomy teaching, in order to articulate a program that will become a world reference in this field.

Mondragon Unibertsitatea we are a university created in 1997 and officially recognized by law 4/1997 of May 30.

We are born by the association of three educational cooperatives, endorsed by an extensive trajectory and experience in the world of education, Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa "Jose Mª Arizmendiarrieta" S.Coop., ETEO S.Coop. and Irakasle Eskola S.Coop. , which in turn constitute today the two Faculties and School of the University:

  • Higher Polytechnic School
  • Faculty of Business
  • Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences
  • In 2011, a fourth faculty was added, the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences - Basque Culinary Center

We promote comprehensive quality learning , which incorporates, in addition to scientific-technical knowledge, skills and values derived from cooperative experience in order for our students to be active agents in the transformation of society, contributing to humanistic and technological progress. and sustainable economic, through the development of companies / organizations and entrepreneurship.
