They gain an understanding of how to build and manage teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and pitch their ideas to investors and customers.

Courses

Innovative Business Models – Apply design methodologies and innovation tools while working closely with a client company with a real problem to solve. Study business model innovation, learn how to identify new business opportunities, design, and test breakthrough concepts, and develop a viable business strategy and operating model.

**The offering of electives varies each semester and a list is published prior to the opening of registration. Courses in Contemporary Topics for each subject area are often presented to ensure that students have a chance to delve deeply into current business issues in the ecosystem.
