You will be able to combine the necessary elements to define the positioning that a company should have abroad. You will handle the essential knowledge and techniques to develop internationalization plans. You will also learn to diagnose your business position to face internationalization.

International Operations

You will know how to evaluate the different international contracting formulas, knowing each of the critical elements that determine the sale and its cost, as well as international logistics and customs procedures.

International Marketing and Digital Strategy

The main objective of the module is for the student to acquire the knowledge that allows them to be able to identify potential markets, use branding and know the strength of international platforms, how they work, how to use them, etc.
