The degree programme

Language and communication play a major role in all

areas of life. The work of speech and language therapists includes prevention; diagnostics and treatment of

issues with language, speech, writing, voice, swallowing and hearing in children, adolescents, and adults; as well

as consultation. The goal is to give patients the best

possible opportunities to participate in social and

societal life.

Speech and Language Therapy at the Hochschule für
