Function in a work context:

The Chartered Accountant is an expert in business economics and corporate law and, in any case, in economic, financial, tax, corporate, and administrative matters:

• carries out business consultancy activities for what concerns economic evaluations- financial, corporate concentration and restructuring operations, corporate crisis prevention and management, and extraordinary transactions;

• carries out tax planning and consultancy activities;

• carries out statutory auditing and legal control of accounts and accounting documents, verifies the reliability of financial statements, accounts, accounting records;

• carries out the activities of the bankruptcy trustee, judicial commissioner, and liquidator in insolvency proceedings;

• carries out bookkeeping and drafting of the financial statements of public and private companies.

The University San Raffaele Rome has been recognized by the public government in 2006. It is a private online university. Students are free to access the teaching platform according to their needs.
