Big data techniques are used to identify patterns through data capture, analysis, and study. Examples can be the purchasing behavior of a significant number of customers, the cycles in the market, or the phases in the production process, which once identified are activated for the benefit of the company, either to sell more, anticipate peaks in the demand, or achieve savings in the logistics chain.
