Curso Especializado de Nível II em Design de Acessórios - Nápoles

The two-year period aims at training a highly specialized professional figure, able to manage the design and development of collections of accessories (leather goods and footwear), both from a stylistic, technical and production point of view. It provides support in the research and analysis of fashion trends and in all phases of product development: from the research of materials and definition of models, to stylistic design, up to sampling, through modeling definition.

You will have skills regarding the processes of the supply chain and the materials / components of the products. You will learn to use innovative digital information technologies (2D and 3D CAD), applying company procedures to ensure high quality standards.

About Us

IUAD Accademia della Moda was born, in the Sixties, from an idea of ​​the master tailor Domenico Lettieri, who founded the first core of the Academy and patented a method for industrial pattern making with the desire to bring new life to the tradition of Neapolitan tailoring. This new method was intended to bring tailoring closer to the needs of people’s wider choice and to the clothing industry.

Even today, IUAD prepares students to enter the world of work as professionals, with the same inspiration, thanks to advanced study plans, created in collaboration with companies and starting from market needs. For more than fifty years, IUAD Accademia della Moda has been operating in education field by offering a wide range of training courses in fashion and design disciplines.

IUAD Accademia della Moda is recognized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research among the AFAM Institutions for all Bachelor’s Degree, Masters and Postgraduate MA courses.

IUAD can count on a dense network of European institutions to activate the Erasmus + program.

The numerous partnerships allow an active participation in important national and international events, such as the World Footwear Congress , the Fashion Graduate Italy , the Graduate Fashion Week in London, the Universiade , the international festival of creative communication, IF! , and the fairs Milano Unica , Micam and Lineapelle, for the fashion, and Arkeda in Naples and Salone del Mobile in Milan, for the interior industry.
