In the BEng Digital Media Technology programme, you will learn how computerised or electronic devices can represent, record, transmit, process, display and interact with multimedia information, such as text, audio, images, video and animations.
Computer science technologies you will learn about include programming, signal and image processing, international networks, computer graphics and game design, and multimedia system management.
Studying this programme will give you a fundamental understanding of electronic engineering and computer science, with an emphasis on digital media technology.
You will receive an understanding of hardware and software systems and how this knowledge can be applied creatively in the media and the arts.
This programme is not available on the 2+2 route.

- Take advantage of the fact that the MSc Multimedia Telecommunications programme leading to a University of Liverpool degree is available as an extension course for the BEng Digital Media Technology programme;
