The program encourages students to focus on destinations within South Carolina, and we hope to retain talented graduates to work right here in our state.

The purpose of the Hospitality Management program is to provide and continually improve a curriculum responsive to the dynamics of the state’s growing hospitality industry. This will be achieved through teaching, applied research, and service.

Established in 1959, ours is the oldest of the University of South Carolina’s four regional campuses. Since then, the campus and student body have grown, but our mission remains the same. We are devoted to preparing students to continue their education in the University and throughout life.
