St. Elizabeth College of Nursing is a two-year private, non-profit college founded that offers an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing with curriculum plans designed to meet your educational needs. With over 3800 graduates, our programs provide the best preparation to work in today's health care environment, a one to one relationship with faculty, experience with top of the line technology, and the most extensive hands-on clinical experience available in a nursing program today.
Our nursing program is fully integrating theoretical learning with clinical experiences within a caring environment. The nursing courses include direct patient care planned and supervised by a faculty member with expertise in a particular nursing area. One of the strengths of the program at St. Elizabeth is its clinical component that combines the theory learned in class with actual nursing practice allowing for immediate transfer and application of knowledge. St Elizabeth College of Nursing also offers an evening/weekend program. This program is designed to meet the needs of students who are unable to attend classes during the traditional weekday hours.
The mission of St. Elizabeth College of Nursing is to provide a strong foundation of theory and nursing practise within an environment of academic excellence that promotes active citizenship and a desire for life-long learning. In the Franciscan tradition and values spirit, the College is committed to creating a caring learning environment for diverse student populations.
The Middle States Commission has accredited St. Elizabeth College of Nursing on Higher Education.
