Edukator Pielęgniarek (NE)

The Nurse Educator (NE) concentration at the LLU School of Nursing prepares nurses for the pivotal role of educating future nurses in the classroom and practice setting. Nurse educators are critical players in providing quality educational experiences that prepare nursing students for a diverse workforce experience.

The teaching-learning strand within the curriculum focuses on developing the skills necessary for a teaching role in nursing academia. The nursing school's NE program is structured for students to select a focus to conduct clinical research and prepare for a career in teaching. This structure provides for an enriching experience for the graduate nursing experience.

Loma Linda University is a Seventh-day Adventist organization with more than 4,400 students located in Southern California. Eight schools comprise the University organization. We share our campus with six hospitals where students receive hands-on training. More than 100 programs are offered by the schools of Allied Health Professions, Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health and Religion.

Curricula offered range from certificates of completion and associate in science degrees to doctor of philosophy and professional doctoral degrees. Also, Loma Linda University offers several distance education programs. Students from more than 80 countries around the world and virtually every state in the nation are represented in Loma Linda University's student body.
