Obtain the title "Manager of Organizations"
The European Master in Management and Financial Strategies allows you to obtain the RNCP title of “Manager of Organizations” issued by the CDE FEDE France. This RNCP level 7 title (equivalent to Bac +5) is recognized by the State and companies. It can be supported by continuing vocational training systems such as the AIF or the CPF. In addition to your RNCP title, you will also receive the diploma of the European Master in Management and Financial Strategies. This Bac +5 level diploma awards 120 ECTS credits.
The objectives of the training
Second cycle training, the European Master in Management and Financial Strategies trains you in all areas of finance as well as in strategic management. At the end of your European Master in Management and Financial Strategies , you will be able to take charge of setting up a short or long term financial strategy in order to achieve the objectives set by your management. You will also be able to carry out and set up internal controls and audits of your company.
ENACO offers you to prepare your European Masters in Management and Financial Strategies in two years. The distance learning European Master in Management and Financial Strategies offered by ENACO is a European diploma at Bac +5 level issued by the FEDE (European Federation of Schools). It confers 60 ECTS credits per year of study, i.e. 120 ECTS credits for the European Masters as a whole.
An internship period is included in your distance learning European Master in Management and Business Strategy . You will have to complete a 12-week internship in the first year and 12 weeks also in the second year of the European Masters.
In the second year, you will have to choose a specialty. You can either opt for the International Corporate Finance specialty or the Corporate Finance and Strategic Orientations specialty.
You can also complete your European Master in Management and Financial Strategies on a work-study basis . You will then be under a professionalization contract in a company and your work-study rhythm will be defined with the latter. More information on work-study training. The MSF European Masters is open to candidates holding a Bac +3 level diploma or conferring 180 ECTS credits.
To obtain the RNCP title of "Manager of organizations", students must:

- Take and pass the MSF European Masters 2 exams
Take your exams online!
Thanks to its recognition and its strong innovation policy, ENACO has joined forces with the FEDE to set up a 100% remote examination system. You take the exams entirely online , in January, June and October, either globally or progressively. The oral examinations take place in particular by videoconference (subject to modifications to the examination methods).
You therefore no longer need to travel for the tests and can perform them according to your availability, within the deadlines set by the FEDE. Exam fees, set by the FEDE, are included in the amount of the training.
The teaching program aims to train students in all areas of finance as well as in strategic management, by addressing the specificities of the European market. They thus study companies, competition and Europe, short and long term financial strategies, portfolio management, internal control and audit and financial analysis. Courses in economic analysis, quantitative analysis, business ethics and modern languages (compulsory LV1) are also given. In the second year, 2 specialization modules are offered: "International business finance" or "Business finance and strategic orientations".

Professional thesis
During your first year of the European Master in Management and Financial Strategies, you must write a thesis and support it. This thesis presents the mission that you will have carried out during your 12-week internship or during your work-study program. Students who do not have the opportunity to complete an internship can base their thesis on theoretical work. In this case, the thesis project will be determined in consultation with our teaching team and the tutor teacher whose role will be to support you on the project.
In the second year of the European Master in Management and Financial Strategies, you will have to defend a professional thesis. The compulsory internship in the second year must be 12 weeks.
The salaried students in the field of the specialty of the European Masters will be able to use their employment for the drafting of the thesis in European Masters 1 and / or 2. It is nevertheless necessary that the duration of the contract is at least equal to that imposed within the framework of an internship.
