A Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a leadership focus opens doors to multiple career options. The nurse leadership track at Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln, Neb., prepares nurses for multiple roles in leadership, management, and care at the bedside.

In this track, students will: Learn to solve complex organizational problems, build trusting relationships to provide excellent care, create a vision to guide strategic direction and decision making, utilize financial information to make decisions and advocate for resources.

Bryan College of Health Sciences, located in Lincoln, Nebraska, offers undergraduate degrees in nursing, sonography, biomedical sciences, healthcare studies, and completion options. Our graduate offerings include the Master of Science in Nursing with tracks in Leadership and Education, doctoral degrees in nurse anesthesia (DNAP) and education (Ed.D), along with certificate options for both undergraduate and graduate students.
