The UF College of Veterinary Medicine’s Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences provides teaching, research, extension, and service in areas of equine health, production animal (food animal) health, aquatic animal health, and companion animal health.

The Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences provides an academic home to faculty who implement the teaching, research, extension, and service missions of the College in the primary areas of equine health, production animal (food animal) health, aquatic animal health, and companion animal health. Our work is accomplished through disciplines including large animal surgery, large animal internal medicine, multi-species comparative reproduction, production animal health, anesthesiology and pain management and epidemiology.

The mission of the College of Design Construction and Planning is to improve the quality of the built and natural environments through offering exceptional educational and professional programs and research/scholarship initiatives that address the planning, design, construction, and preservation of the built and natural environments.

The University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning is the only college in the nation that houses design, construction and planning under one college.
