Under the supervision of our diverse faculty, they have studied such topics as wait time management, human resource planning, inter-professional team development, capacity planning, information technology adoption and it impacts, and patient perceptions of illness. What they have in common is a strong desire to apply their knowledge to help improve the quality and timeliness of care in Canada and around the world.
