MBA in Management

Students will learn about the fundamentals of strategic management, including how to develop and implement business strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. They will also explore the key principles of organizational behavior, including motivation, communication, and teamwork, and how these principles can be applied to create a positive and productive work environment.

Graduates of Boler MBA’s management specialization will be well-prepared to pursue leadership roles in a variety of industries, including consulting, finance, marketing, healthcare, and technology. The Future of Business – It’s been reported that up to 47% of U.S. jobs are at risk of automation over the next couple of decades. Develop a digital mindset and explore several disruptive technologies (eg, automation/robotics, augmented/virtual reality, blockchain/crypto, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, nanotechnology) that will impact all sectors of business.

**The offering of electives varies each semester and a list is published prior to the opening of registration. Courses in Contemporary Topics for each subject area are often presented to ensure that students have a chance to delve deeply into current business issues in the ecosystem.
