You will know fundamental questions about safety, hygiene, environment, and critical aspects of the legislation: intellectual property and contracts.

Direction and management of Projects

You will work on portfolios, programs, and projects. You will study the life cycle, the scope of a project. You will understand the integration of time management, costs, quality, risk, human capital, communications, and the impact of changes in projects. You will analyze the procurement and contracts, as well as the parties involved, the information, and the documentation. You will also see the particularities of international and innovation projects.
