Hunan Institute of Engineering, built by the Hunan Government, is located in Xiangtan, Hunan Province, the hometown of the great man Mao Zedong. The metalworking practice base, designated by the Ministry of Education, is a training and examination center for metalworking teaching instructors in colleges and universities.
