The financial management major is one of the earliest teaching units built by the School of Economics and Management. It is now teaching-centered and student-oriented. It implements an integrated teaching and research system with teaching and research sections, and is unified in the teaching and research body of financial management.
There are currently 15 professional teachers engaged in professional teaching in the financial management major, including 14 full-time teachers and 1 external part-time professor. There are 3 doctoral candidates and 2 doctoral candidates. 100% of the full-time teachers have a master's degree or above. A team of teachers with strong teaching staff, high teaching level and rich practical experience has been formed. The teachers in the whole teaching and research section also attach great importance to the combination of teaching and research, and have achieved more teaching and research results. In recent years, the financial management major has carried out an all-round teaching reform with brand major construction as the link in line with the needs of social development. The implementation of the teaching model of "one change, two highlights, and three enhancements" as the core has realized a school running system of "three integrations". The student employment rate has been stable at more than 90% all year round.
Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities is located at Xingyi city, Qianxinan Miao, and Puyi Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province. Since its founding in 1813 in the name of “Bishan Academy,” the university has witnessed nearly 200 years.
Oriented to establishing a normal, academic, comprehensive, regional, and ethnic school and centered upon the talents demand for the local economic development, the university forms its own talent education modes based on the discipline groups.
