The MBA Internet Foundation Program is a graduate-level program that enables students to complete MBA prerequisite courses at an accelerated pace. Most courses are two credits and run for eight weeks. Courses are offered via web-based coursework and are taught by graduate business faculty from the University of Wisconsin Internet MBA Consortium, which includes the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. The graduate business program at each of the four schools is accredited by AACSB International.
All students taking an MBA Internet Foundation course register at their home campus (the campus granting their degree). For UW-Eau Claire call number, meeting dates, time, and other information about this course, refer to the appropriate Class Schedule. Registration closes three weeks prior to the class start date. Registration dates will be strictly enforced to ensure that students receive course information packets and textbook information in a timely manner. All courses require home access to the Internet and a computer capable of playing multimedia. Students must load the necessary software and test computer and network settings at the UW-Learning Innovations site.
