At the end of the master's degree with LEA specialization in MIA, students master two foreign languages at the same level of skills (English / Spanish or English / German).
The students acquired knowledge and skills in professional subjects related to insurance (marine insurance, aircraft insurance, war risks, political risks, reinsurance).
If possible abroad, Master 2 includes an internship of at least four months in the second semester. At the end of which, a personal research thesis and an internship report must be submitted. If alternation: activity report at the end of M2 instead of the internship report.
This diploma allows rapid professional integration into French companies and internationally.
Goals:
The LEA-MIA Master aims to train young executives in the different facets of the insurance profession turned towards an international activity where, in addition to the in-depth knowledge of insurance techniques, the perfect command of two languages and two foreign cultures is an obligation. Thus, at the end of the training, our students will be able to occupy positions in departments managing large international companies' insurance.
Targeted skills:
In addition to a very advanced specialization in international insurance, the training aims to help students acquire the following skills: negotiating, managing, developing, and managing.
Occupational integration:
A professional life in the insurance world. Access to management positions, international insurance project managers. There is currently no similar training in France. Since its inception, professional teachers who have participated in the training have noted the substantial demand from insurance companies for Bac + 5 training in international insurance.
