Make the right decisions in strategic issues

In the Strategic Management module, strategic frameworks and concepts are offered that are a tool to sharpen and develop your own strategic thinking and acting and to deal adequately with strategic issues. Using a practical method, you learn to estimate relevant developments in your organization and the environment for risks and potential and you make proposals for improvement that will improve the position of your organization or department.

For whom:

(Future) managers, entrepreneurs, and staff with at least three years of relevant work experience.
