Trevecca’s Bachelor of Arts in religion offers you a balance of Bible, theology, and church history. You’ll be challenged and prepared to carry out ministry in innovative, creative, and transformative ways and can tailor the program to match your unique calling by choosing from the following minors: pastoral ministry, youth ministry, children’s ministry, missions, worship ministry, and compassionate ministry.

Built upon a core combination of Bible, theology, and church history courses, you can tailor your program to match your unique calling when you choose a professional minor in one of the following areas: pastoral ministry, youth ministry, children’s ministry, intercultural studies, worship ministry or church and community. Through your program, you will have the foundation you need to become a servant leader for various age groups in different ministry settings. You will be equipped with knowledge of the essential components of the field while also being challenged to minister in innovative, creative, and transformative ways.

The Religion major with minors in pastoral ministry, youth ministry, and children’s ministry meets the educational requirements for ordination in the Church of the Nazarene.

Our Campus

Our main campus is home to more than 1,000 students and has plenty to offer. From coffee shops and eateries to rec facilities and Benson Auditorium, there are places to hang out, get active, grab a bite, or watch a show. There’s always something happening right in our backyard.
