The scope of practice for the associate degree nursing graduate is to provide and manage care for a diverse group of individuals, families, and communities in collaboration with members of the healthcare team. The nursing practice integrates the art and science of nursing with theoretical principles from the natural, social, behavioral biological, and physical sciences.

TRCC will prepare you to become a registered nurse through a four-semester program of study. Critical thinking, safe and competent practice, caring, professionalism, communication, and holistic care are the core values that provide the curricular framework.
