Sinclair Community College provides international students with an affordable way to earn a Bachelor’s Degree. With 25 university parallel programs, or 2 + 2 programs, students study at Sinclair for two years to earn approximately 60 credit hours, and then go on to a university for an additional two years to complete a Bachelor’s degree.
Students complete a Bachelor’s degree in the same amount of time it would have taken them had they gone directly to the university, but can save tens of thousands of dollars due to Sinclair’s affordable tuition.

After completing two years at Sinclair, the student can directly transfer to any of these universities, with which Sinclair Community College has transfer agreements:
