Master en Sciences de la Réadaptation

Professionals who deliver appropriate health and social services in integrated form while possessing extensive expertise on specific fields are in high demand to respond to Saitama residents' needs towards health and medical welfare that are becoming increasingly complicated and diversified.

SPU offers a two-year master's program to develop such high-quality, sophisticated professionals. The graduate school's basic concept is themed "A graduate school that places focus on recurrent education" because it is very effective to leverage the awareness of issues cultivated through fieldwork and on-site practicum in the health and social services realm.

Subjects that are indispensable to the research of health and social services and also based on SPU's "Collaboration and Integration" themed education are required classes.

"Integration Subjects" that develop personnel who can exercise leadership in health and social services sites, and "Supporting Subjects" that act as foundations for mastery of sophisticated specialized knowledge and know-how, are offered as electives.

Each major offers subjects intended for students to master the sophisticated and specialized knowledge and know-how that base its roots in undergraduate studies.

In addition to the lecture subject groups comprising the fundamental science and application/practice groups, special research classes for practicum and thesis-writing that allow for deeper understanding are offered to students.
