Master en Leadership Ministériel

MorningStar University's Masters in Leadership Ministry degree program is a 12-month program designed to fit busy schedules, with one intensive weekend of teaching and immersion every month. This program is designed for those who desire to refine their leadership skills to a higher level, develop a clearer vision, and develop the skills to help them fulfil their destiny as an end-times leader in their sphere of influence. The course content is designed to impart deep knowledge of historical and cultural trends, a prophetic perspective, a Biblical worldview, and practical leadership lessons that can be quickly applied in many different contexts.

These leaders have decades of experience in their areas of expertise.

An intimate, small-group teaching setting

In-depth teaching and coaching on every student's writing process in preparation for writing a Master's thesis.

There are three ways for students to participate in this exciting program:

Audit

Auditors join the class all of the teaching, meals, and discussion in a Masters weekend for a reduced price. However, auditors do not earn a degree and are not required to complete assignments.

Master's Candidate

Masters candidates complete all assignments, write a Master's thesis, and participate in the program for an entire year. Candidates receive their degrees upon completion of all academic requirements. Masters candidates must already possess a BA degree.

Multi-Year Flex

For Masters candidates with a hectic schedule or who would like longer to complete the program, we also offer a flexible option. Students who take the multi-year flex option take individual courses as their schedule allows over two or more years. Flex candidates receive a degree after all assignments and course requirements are met.

Our mission at MorningStar University (MSU) is to prepare people to walk in their high call. At MorningStar University, we aim to develop students spiritually, mentally, and physically, empowering them to pursue their leadership, calling with vision, courage, and integrity.

The College of Leadership is a training program designed with the following goals in mind: To raise determined and resilient Christian leaders who stand firm in their faith, walk humbly before God, and have the endurance to create lasting change in the world; To equip each student with the skills and tools needed to be a successful leader in whatever sphere of influence they are called to; To help each student understand their unique identity in Christ and discover their purpose and destiny in God’s divine plan; To spiritually strengthen and mature each student to walk in health and wholeness in every area of their life.

Although the MSU College of Leadership is not a Bible school, the Bible is our primary textbook. We believe it is the Word of God and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in all righteousness.

The College of Leadership is also not a Seminary, even though we train up leaders as ministers of God’s love and power. The difference is that not all the ministering leaders trained here to go into the church. Some of our students become business leaders while others move into government roles and still others into the arts. We raise ministering leaders for all spheres of influence.
