In some ways, the role of pharmacists hasn't changed much in the last 100 years—they remain respected figures who are on the front lines of helping to meet the healthcare needs of their communities. In other ways, thanks to technology and an increasingly complex healthcare system, becoming a pharmacist requires more training and expertise than ever. The Pre-Pharmacy program at MTSU offers students the knowledge they will need to take the next step along this challenging career path.

Gaining a comprehensive education, instead of only specializing in one skill that could become less important a decade or two from now, that actually prepares students to handle diverse challenges of the job market.
