Business degree program graduates with a management concentration are ready to hit the ground running in decision-making positions. They gain a solid foundation in management capabilities with coursework such as business innovation, entrepreneurship and global leadership. Management Course Sampling:

Decision Making - Utilizes situation-based challenges and case studies. Includes frameworks for structuring decisions, forming and testing a hypothesis, using data to drive decisions and methods for simplifying complex decisions.

Business Innovation - Focuses on methods and approaches to think more creatively, to use alternate problem solving paths, to break paradigms and develop innovative business solutions. Includes exercises, case studies and projects.

_Business Investments and Personal Finance _ - Course provides an overview of investment vehicles available to the manager and to the investor community. The course will focus on the types, use, and characteristics of equities, fixed income securities, options, and other derivative investment vehicles.

Design as Competitive Edge - Explores how design can create competitive advantage including case studies, exercises and field experiences. Includes the basic of aesthetics, design principles and design development processes.

Entrepreneurship - Analyzes business start-ups, both successes and failures, to determine the key factors of successful business launches. Includes case studies and testimonials.

Global Leadership - Focuses on ways to manage, empower and inspire culturally diverse, and often virtual, individuals and teams. Includes role-playing, behavioral feedback and coaching.

Located near the heart of Downtown Chicago

In 2005, Kendall College relocated from the near suburbs to our current location along the Chicago River at Goose Island. The campus is a reclaimed, 100-year-old factory building, most recently home to a Sara Lee research facility.
