In our fast-paced, increasingly digitized world, companies need to remain competitive to continuously question their business models and drive innovation. This leads to fundamental changes in corporate processes. (Digital) transformation is defined as the integration of digital processes across all business areas. We aim to prepare you for this! Whether you dream of starting your own company or taking over an existing one, our program provides the ideal foundation. We will take you on an exciting journey through the lifecycle of a business: from inception and growth to consolidation and restructuring - each from the perspectives of digitalization and transformation.

At IGC, you will explore various scientific theories, work on case studies, engage in discussions from different perspectives on various issues, and develop innovative solutions to build an application-oriented management perspective. You will delve into topics such as emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, business process optimization, organizational change management, and customer experience enhancement. You will also have the opportunity to define and delve into your own focus favorite area within an individual transformation project.

The International Graduate Center (IGC) was founded by HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences as an interdisciplinary Graduate School for management and leadership. For applicants with a first university degree IGC offers MBA and Master's degrees in the area of international and European business and management. All programs are taught in English.

IGC guarantees a postgraduate education which satisfies academic and job requirements in equal measure. Team oriented lectures and seminars in small groups with a maximum of 25 students facilitate a constructive dialog between the members. IGC has currently some 200 students from more than 40 countries. The international network is strengthened by visiting lecturers from many of our international partner universities who offer courses, lectures and contribute to the inter cultural competence of our students. Many of our lecturers come from the management of top companies in Europe and will provide you with an insight into different companies and fields of business. IGC is part of the International Business School Alliance (IBSA) with four partner universities (located in USA, Spain, France and Germany) that successfully offer an unique dual degree program.
