The current approach to preventive culture in the company points out new avenues that need to be promoted. One of them is to increase the importance of care and monitoring of the human factor in the field of occupational risk prevention. Workers must necessarily commit and present a proactive attitude towards occupational risk, so the efforts made by prevention professionals in this regard must be maximum.

It is very important that these professionals know how to use and develop the most current tools available to achieve the involvement of all people in the organization to have and make others feel respect in the establishment, application and monitoring of the application of preventive measures. and the application of the correct criteria or action protocols. And a second way is to increase the importance of occupational risk prevention management and its integration into business processes. The international standard ISO 45001 introduces the improvement cycle (define, apply, evaluate and improve) and facilitates its integration in the company, linked to quality management systems (ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001). .
