For the first time ever, South Florida's Muma College of Business will bring its highly successful Master of Science in Europe, thanks to a new agreement between the University of South Florida and H-FARM.
Coursework in this master's program covers the development of new products and services, definition of strategies, fundraising, the technological and digital transformation of industries and boasts a strong emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility. The master’s EAT is composed of 10 courses. Each course delivers 3 US credits (6 EU credits or ECTS).
The program’s courses will be managed and delivered through the Canvas platform. Each course will have its own section, where students can view the course schedule, assignments and reading materials and case studies. The platform will be managed and hosted by USF.

Exchange program
Master’s students have the opportunity to take part in an exchange program in which the five best students from the H-FARM campus are invited to spend a semester in Florida at the USF campus, thus allowing them to attend half of the program’s courses abroad.
All students attending the master's program at the H-FARM campus will obtain the degree directly from the University of South Florida, spending the last month on the USF campus.
During the exchange program, students can take part in activities and visited the USF Center for Entrepreneurship, the university incubators and private venture accelerators and investors in the Tampa Bay area.
USF will cover the cost of these students’ accommodation (the students will cover their own travel costs).
Admission
The Admission process consists of the following steps:
- Submit the required documentation
- Take part in an admission interview
The applicant has completed a four-year college program (USA) or a three-year degree (Europe) and obtained a G.P.A. (Grade Point Average) of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 (average of 24 for Italian students).
Applicants are also required to submit their Bachelor’s degree certificate and an official transcript that indicates the courses taken and grades obtained, as well as any certificate of participation in post-graduate courses.
Documentation required for evaluation
- Two letters of recommendation
- A motivational letter (250 words)
- A declaration of intent
- GRE or GMAT score
- Proven skills in Statistics, Accounting and Finance that can be inferred from the curriculum or specific experiences
Foreign applicants whose native language is not English must provide documentation of their language skills by submitting the results from one of the following exams:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a grade of 79 or higher
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a grade of 6.5 or higher
- GRE Verbal Exam with a grade of at least 153 (or equivalent exam)
- An International Baccalaureate diploma
*Grades must refer to exams taken within the two years prior to the application.
Application deadlines
Applications for the Master’s can be submitted starting on December 4, 2019 , until the deadline of May 4, 2020 .
The admission to the interview stage will be communicated to the applicant by June 15th .
The interviews will be held starting on June 22nd .
Following the evaluation of applications and interviews, admission to the master's degree is communicated by 30 June 2020 through the publication of the ranking. The program will begin on September 15th, 2020.
Fees and loans
The cost of the master’s program is €21,000.00, plus VAT (22%).
Room & board is not included.
