The purpose of the "Production management, Logistics, Purchasing" Master's degree is to train managers in the field of purchasing, mainly international, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, and quality management.
The Master thus aims to train executives capable of leading the development of international trade in goods and services within a globalized economy. The training prepares, in particular, students for now highly internationalized professions of the Purchasing & Supply-Chain function and ultimately, to take on managerial responsibilities within these professions.
The training program combines substantial conceptual and academic contributions in management with a substantial professionalization through a practical work-study assignment. This training, offered by way of an apprenticeship, is intended for students wishing to exercise high-level responsibilities in large private and public organizations concerned with developing internationally by taking advantage of the globalization of markets' opportunities.
The training is open to students with initial management training (License or M1 in management or equivalent diploma) and students with backgrounds in other disciplinary fields (scientific, technological, legal, social, linguistic). It wishes to focus on the purchasing and supply chain professions. For this training with a strong international dimension, an adequate level of English is required and an ability to follow courses in foreign languages. For the "International Purchase" course, fluency in a second modern language (German or Spanish) is also required.
The training is offered on a work-study basis and requires the signing of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract for a mission in the Purchasing and Logistics functions for 12 months (if access to master 2) or 24 months ( if access to master 1).
