Teaching Certification Programs
The Park University Education Program is approved by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Upon completion of the undergrad program, passing the appropriate PRAXIS test, recommendation by Park University, and application by the student, a Missouri Teaching Certificate is issued by the state of Missouri. If students wish to seek job opportunities and become certified in any state other than Missouri, students are responsible for their course of study to reflect that state's requirements. Teaching Certification requires passing an FBI background check, which includes fingerprinting.
