As our world becomes more complex, the ability to communicate clearly — to share information, to tell entertaining stories, to connect with loved ones and coworkers across all kinds of devices — has never been more important. But what does successful communication look like?

Whether you want to create a new show for Hulu, start a podcast, help a small business build their social media following or bring people together, the ability to communicate well will take you far.

If you’ve been on our campus visit or met any of our alumni, you already know that Monmouth is a special place. We’re not totally sure what the perfect recipe for college life is, but we’re pretty sure it includes a heaping cup of feeling like home, an excellent liberal arts education, great relationships with faculty and a dash of bagpipes.

We are a private, residential, national liberal arts college, offering majors in the natural sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. We have small, seminar-style classes, awesome internship and study-abroad opportunities, and summer research experiences for thoughtful, intellectually engaged and ambitious students.
