This program is designed to provide students with the technical skills and knowledge required to work in a broad range of fields providing technical support, services, and products for a range of technologies utilized in modern homes and businesses. This includes networking, computer support and maintenance, wiring installation, systems administration, and telecommunications.

Graduates of the Associate of Science in Integrated Technologies can transfer credits from this program into a degree program at WGU. The Associate of Science in Integrated Technologies program has a common core and then offers students elective options. The elective choices include courses in networking and systems administration and installation, configuration, and implementation of integrated digital technologies.
Upon completing the program, students are expected to install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, monitor, manage, and administer integrated systems and other computer-related technologies.
Program Outcomes: Core Courses: Students take a minimum of nine credits from the core courses. Depending upon the courses taken, students are expected to be able to:
Use web browsers and cloud-based software applications;
Identify the functions of hardware devices, operating systems, and network components;
Practice safe computing in the workplace;
Provide good customer service and support;
Identify the components of a basic network.
