M.S. en Educación - Liderazgo Educativo

Designed for teachers who dream of being leaders in the field of education, this is a hybrid program with just five on-campus Saturdays per semester. You’ll fuse theory with real-world relevance. You’ll analyze leadership through multiple viewpoints. You’ll learn to impact lasting change. You’ll promote social justice and equity. You’ll prepare for administrative, supervisory and leadership roles in public and private schools; school divisions; and educational organizations.

This 36-credit graduate program will transform you from a good teacher into a great leader.

Longwood offers a classical liberal arts curriculum paired with practical experience in the field. Our students graduate as citizen leaders, ready to continue learning and leading as they move into post-graduate studies and successful careers.
