The Master of Science in Global Business (MSGB) curriculum offers students the fundamentals of business and management with a focus on international business. The program requires 49 units of coursework, designed to be completed in 15 months. Embedded in the MSGB program are a diverse range of learning experiences, both in and out of the classroom, through which students will develop a truly global mindset and prepare for rewarding careers in the global business context.
In the first two trimesters, students will complete a combination of core and elective courses held at the Malibu campus. Building on this foundation, students will spend the second half of the program engaged in an internationally focused internship and an additional trimester of coursework, either on a trimester-long exchange program (for domestic students) at a partner university abroad or back on the Malibu campus (for international students). All MSGB students will also take part in a week-long immersive Global Business Intensive experience outside the United States, typically occurring between the second and third trimesters of the program.
